I have observed many people are solely focused on creating list and checking off tasks.

I have also observed that many of my peers do not have this mentality. These people focus on outcomes and tend to their purpose. And while a focus on outcomes and purpose is 80-90% of the process to accomplishing anything, behaviors to matter.

I've recently revised and updated my weekly tracker in my success binder. A quick glance will make it clear how important my health (nutrition) and fitness is at the moment. I fill out this information daily. You and I can both imagine the future state of myself if I follow through on this for even 60 days. The goal is to focus on these continuously, forever.
